Also, there are no resale rights or private label rights granted when purchasing this product/document. Any health-related information is for educational purposes only. You agree to only practice up to the scope of your license as defined by your state and country standards and your licensing board. You agree to always perform due diligence, do your own research, and make your own clinical decisions.  YOU CAN... 

•  Use the product (information, templates, content, etc.) for your business/brand only.

•  Sell, loan, or give away the templates or allow a third party to use them in any way.
•  Share the materials with third parties.
•  Include the templates in website templates, design templates, quote templates, or any other editable product for sale or free distribution.
•  Create derivative products from the templates such as your own templates, or any such products for sale or give away for free.
•  Claim the product content, templates, designs, copy, or any of the elements as your own.

 I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. I understand there are no refunds for class purchases nor certifications. I understand I will have access to the materials for the length of my agreement (ex. 5 months through The Practice Plan or 6 months through The Mentorship) and must complete all certification requirements during that time if I want the FMACP or FMACC designation.
